Stinky bklyn is not just a cheese shop. They also have charcuterie, dips, various jarred and fresh accoutrements, and a wide selection of beers. The cheeses from the epic board up top, from left to right:
– Fourme D’Ambert — a pasteurized cow’s milk blue cheese.
– Barnburner — a delicious smoked cheddar made right in Brooklyn.
– Wabash Cannonball — an ash-ripened French goat cheese.
– Various accoutrements from Stinky: fig jam, dark chocolate nibs, walnuts, dried cherries, cornichons, grapes, and a dusting of pomegranate seeds.
