Why we like it: A modern, clean, Marriott-owned hotel in the center of everything.

NU Hotel
Where it’s located: 85 Smith Street
Why we like it: It’s a boutique hotel with kicky touches like hammocks, and chalkboard walls in the bathrooms.

EVEN Hotels Brooklyn
Where it’s located: 46 Nevins Street
Why we like it: It’s easy to impress your active clients with this wellness-focused hotel. (There are in-room fitness zones and workout videos free to stream from your TV.)

Ace Hotel Downtown Brooklyn
Where it will be located: 266 Schermerhorn Street (currently under construction, due to complete this year)
