Adults Need to Eat More Ice Cream: Ample Hills is Here to Help

As National Ice Cream Month comes to a close, we’d like to remind you to get more ice cream into your diet. Eat it for lunch, swap it out for your usual after-work drink—we’re not concerned with the details. Luckily, Ample Hills Creamery is. Brooklynite owners (and married couple) Jackie Cuscuna and Brian Smith’s rotating list of elevated classic flavors are so addicting, they sold out of everything four days in when they opened in 2004, and had to close the shop for a week. Judging by the success of their nine locations, including this magical one on the Brooklyn waterfront, that’ll never happen again. And speaking of classic flavors, here are the ice cream cones the duo can’t get enough of (even after eating ice cream all day every day):
